Unless you have been hiding under a rock, the world is battling the Corona Virus. You have probably read hundreds of tweets, watched dozens of videos, and have been praying for it all to go away.
Here’s how I have been feeling:
I don’t feel like working out.
I don’t feel like cooking.
I don’t feel like posting to IG stories.
I don’t feel like myself.
I don’t feel like I will accomplish all my goals in 2020 because of this virus.
I don’t feel like this will end anytime soon.
I don’t feel like we could have predicted this outbreak.
I am worried.
I am concerned.
I am hoping for a better future.
I am praying, praying, and praying.
I am working out at home.
I am trying my best to cook healthy meals for my husband I.
I am reading and listening to podcasts.
I am selling my courses and working on deadlines.
Despite how I may feel there is small things we can all do to stay safe.
The number one tip would be to wash your hands.
