I am so excited to be here for another NYFW season. Fashion is in the air! OMG! I can’t stop smiling. I flew on a red eye from SF to NYC. I landed in NYC this morning at 8 am and was immediately on the run. Talk about JETLAG! JT Limousine was promptly waiting for me with a shiny 2016 Suburban to whisk me to my apartment in SOHO. They always arrive on time and with a smile.. My dear friend and fellow blogger TuxedoSergio was with me and we enjoyed the smooth ride from Newark into the city. He and I will be fashion buddies all week, attending shows and enjoying NYC.

At the John Paul Ataker Show

I settled into my apartment but literally dropped my suitcases off, freshened up and headed down to SkyLight as I had a few shows. This season, I wanted to attend shows with a focus on gowns and dresses. I attended the John Paul Ataker show. I threw on the first thing I could find in my suitcase and it worked out. More details to come. The John Paul Ataker show was stunning. The collection was full of gowns and beautiful fabrics. A full review will be on the blog shortly.

Even though I am in a different city it is important to me to connect with bloggers, stylists and fashion lovers. With the help of JuicePress NYC, I hosted a meet up with 30 bloggers where I shared my travel tips and gave away a few copies of my e-book, Biochemist to Blogger. It was a fun evening filled with discussion on the blogging world and how we can all win together.
Tomorrow is another full day with Hair and Makeup by TresseNoire and clothing by Castlefield. I will be posting everyday at 6 pm EST so stay locked to my blog and my Instagram for all of my NYFW coverage.
