Been eyeing these Gucci mules for such a long time. A very long time. My girlfriend Shana has heard me rave about these shoes for weeks and they are finally here.
I initially saw them on the Gucci website. Then Solange was wearing them.
Sigh. Had to have them.
I love waiting my turn to get the pieces that I really want. I hardly ever rush out and buy pieces because that is just not my style. I research, pray, stay patient and wait. Then at the right time, place and with the right reason, I purchase them. Fashion for me is a serious thing and timing is everything.
I feel like they are reminiscent of Asian slippers but totally revamped. These shoes also give me a Old Trini woman vibes. Trini women loves gold shoes and love block heels even more. So I think it’s the gold colour and the heel that drew me to them.
The bright gold colour is great way to spice up a summer outfit. The block heel looks comfy though some say they aren’t. Oh well! I will take the chance in the name of fashion. So ready to bust out my summer outfits and wear these to dinner.
