Though I appear to be smiling, I was nervous inside. This was my first full day at NYFW and I didn’t know what to expect. Even though I prepped all of my looks, the coldness in NYC was telling me to wear something else. So, I did.
I threw together this look in like 10 mins. Once I had it on, I looked at my girl Tiffany while she was still wrapped up in a blanket and she gave me the nod of approval.
Once I arrived at Skylight Square, I spotted Daniel Kim @walkingcanucks and he snapped this photo for me. I was honoured. More like floored. He is my fav streetstyle photographer.
I didn’t know this picture would be featured all over the internet and the famed Hypehair.com.
Thank you New York for being so cold, that I had to switch up my look. That last minute decision made a difference.
