Transportation in New York can be an issue. Getting a rental car can be tricky because where would you park it? You can get a cab but sometimes you may have bags or luggage that you have to take with you. Car sharing options are available but sometimes you don’t get WiFi or you don’t know where to meet. They are prompt. Time means everything to me. Being late is not an option in my life. When JT Limousine picked me up from the airport, they were waiting for me outside. Major points. I was so happy because I was exhausted and really wanted to head to the hotel. I jumped in the large car and pretty much had to stop myself from falling asleep. If JT Limousine says that are showing up at 10 am they are there bright and early.

The quality of the cars. The cars are pristine. I drove in the 2016 Suburban all week and it was large, spacious and super clean. I felt like a fashion princess. The driver was kind and helped me with my bags and told me where to get the best pizza in the city. I also enjoyed their stretch Suburban on a tour of Central Park. I felt safe and secure and the experience was very luxurious.

Great communication. We communicated mainly by email, text and phone and I was concerned that without an app, I wouldn’t be able to track them and they would lose me in the city. Well I was wrong. We always met at the right spot without me having to take off my heels. Every morning that JT Limousine had to pick me up, I woke up with an email in my inbox confirming their arrival time. This put my mind at ease and helped my day go smoothly.
