I used to be afraid of swimwear but things changed. Once I found the confidence and the swimlooks to fit my body type, I quickly loved swimwear and most of all cover ups.
In Tobago, I spent a day at Coco Reef resort which is one of my recommended people to go in Trinidad & Tobago. Because I am in the process of moving, I hardly have any clothing around me. They are all in my place in Cali. So I had to improvise.
I had this great one-piece swimsuit from Winners and it always stays in my suitcase but to really make it special, I knew it needed a colourful coverup. To the fabric store I went and picked up a few yards of fabric, handmade a cape cover up and rocked out! Isn’t the print cool? Limes and lemons border on a with a neon coral fabric.
