Versace is all about status. The more flashy the better. When you see a Versace necklace or purse, you know it is pricey and well crafted. This was the same aesthic I had in mind when making this dress.
For my trip to Spain, I wanted to wear clothing reminiscent of the country, the vibes and with editorial inspiration. I saw this fabric printed by Versace and had to have it. The price was high but totally worth it because the actual fabric was printed by the house of Versace. Cool eh? Another way to wear designer but for half the price.

I paired this halter dress with a head scarf for a Sophia Loren look. My gold Gucci Mules ( my go to sandals) complimented my vintage Chanel pin. In my hand, my trusty Louis Vuitton makeup bag/ clutch was my choice. My gold rimmed Dior shades were the perfect match.
I actually wore this look to breakfast. Yes, breakfast but it was well worth the stares. I have gotten used to the stares but I have also gotten used to being true to my style and aesthetic.
