My Summer Uniform | What to Wear This Summer

​The summer season can get very busy with meet ups, dinners, coffee dates and just plain old fun. All of these fun events require the same thing… outfit planning. It can get difficult at times because you do not know what to wear when. I am queen of not knowing what to wear just ask my husband.  It takes me 30 minutes to pick and outfit, another 30 minutes to put it on and then another 30 minutes to put on my make up. Yeah it is long process. To cut down the time I have narrowed down my fav piece into one look to wear when I do not have the time to pick. So what I have done is that created a “ Summer Uniform”. Yes a Summer Uniform.

I have created an outfit that I can always pull on quickly. Ironically it is a black and white look. You know how I feel about black and white. Not really a fan unless it is in a print. Ha!My summer uniform is a simple black mini skirt, white dress shirt and simple sandals and my Chanel.  The skirt is stretchy so it is a contrast to the men’s dress shirt. My Chanel can hold so much so it is a perfect bag for dinners and lunch dates. My sandals are the blogger sandals of the year from Zara. They are so unique and covered in pearls.  It is such an easy look and that is the point.
 
Creating a summer uniform is all about your personal style. You want your summer uniform to be somewhat neutral and easy to wear. If you have a colorful printed dress that you want to be a summer uniform, feel free to make that look  your fav all summer. Regardless of what you pick as your summer uniform, You want to feel confident and gorgeous in that outfit.
